"I have lived here for almost a year, and I signed to re-lease for another year. The staff here are exceptional, and the place is completely affordable. Parking is full but the overflow parking isn't too far from my door either. I rent a 2bed 2bath. While it is not super big, it is perfect for a couple because we can have our own spaces. Maintenance is pretty quick as well. The only thing is there is a light post that has been out in the entry way which makes it a bit dangerous to turn in when it is dark- I have reported it about 3 weeks ago and it still has not been fixed. There was coincendently a flipped car there about a week ago. I'm not sure if it was related, but I wouldn't be shocked."

"I relocated to Crown Court several years ago and have been pleased with our apartment. The maintenance team consistently provides prompt assistance, and the office staff stands out for their friendly and supportive nature. Notably, there has been a significant improvement in the cleanliness of the premises since our initial move-in. I am eagerly anticipating the relocation of the package hub to a more secure area, as it offers hope for preventing package thefts this year."

"As far as customer service and treated with kindness by staff I give a good rating. Although this rating is for level of cleanliness and responsiveness. Took photos today of garbage area. The caution tape has been there for months. This is a normal day walking around the complex. Mailbox areas are also trashed. There’s 100s of apartments here being charged $1,000+ a month! The funds for upkeep are severely lacking. Another issue is people smoking on their patios and it coming into our apartments. My husband and I have complained numerous times about neighbors smoking, told leasing office and they only taped letters to the neighbors doors to remind them of the smoking policy. We’ve complained for a year and nothing has been done about it. Instead of living like a normal person who can open windows whenever they want I live by what my neighbors do and keep them closed. In the summer I’ve woken up to my whole place smelling of cigarettes and still I have not seen any action taken."

"This place is horrible, worst staff and CTL management is a joke. Google it and read their wonderful reviews. They have a 1 STAR review and I am quickly finding this out. This place has a maintenance team who have spent more time in my apartment then me. I've been here only for 28 days now. I will get my deposit back through legal backing if needed. If you like having a hard time breathing due to excessive moisture in these apartments than this is the Hell Hole for you."
