"I used to live in these apartments, that was until they decided to jack up the rent. I lived next to a lady who had someone light the staircase on fire and that wasn’t enough to get her evicted!! I since then moved out, I was warned about a final utility bill (which makes perfect sense) I had since then paid for it (even tried to offer to pay it right then and there)since I have moved out I received a bill in the mail saying I owe late fees on the utilities? I have been trying to get in contact with Ashley the whole month of august with no reply. I have called multiple times a day, left voicemails. Even if I tried to pay it online it’s saying my account is no longer active? While I was a tenant I kept getting told my repairs were being delayed due to the supplier moving at a slow pace. (which I was understanding of) don’t even get me started on the lack of visitor parking (10 spots or less) I normally don’t take the time to leave reviews places but come on this is ridiculous I have moved out and still have to deal with the unprofessionalism of affinity/Ashley. I don’t see how any real person could like living here?"

"I work nearby and a dog has been barking all day on one of the residents porches loud enough we’re all going nuts two buildings away having to hear it. I called over and over throughout the day and no one ever picked up the phone. The perception I’m left with is the staff doesn’t care and they let trashy people move in with no accountability."

"A fantastic place to reside, I lived in a unit for two years and during this time the responsiveness of the management and any repairs were very prompt, also calling if there were any questions or concerns. The office manager was very helpful and understanding, she takes great care if the residence and gives sincere attention to everyone. I enjoyed my time there, only reason I moved was due to family in another state. Thank you for a great experience!"

"This was a nice place to live until about a year and a half ago when the property sold. Rent skyrocketed, the front office staff is incompetent and inconsistent, and it takes weeks for simple maintenance requests to be completed. I now pay almost 50% more in rent than when I first moved in, and I still live in the same basic unit. Others in my building have been priced out and replaced with new tenants willing to pay 1500 plus. Very unhappy with this complex, I am not planning as of now to renew my lease."
