"I've lived in a lot of apartment communities and I've never come across a property manager like Paul. He actually cares about the livability of the community. When I first moved in there was no on site manager and it was obvious. Now, the community is cleaner and feels safer. A rare find in this area."

"My brother lives in these apartments. I will add he's disabled and blind. I went to visit him and take him shopping. When he moved into these apartments, they did not have a permit for him for parking. They instructed him to put a note hanging from the rear view mirror that stated his name, apartment number, and that we had permission to park there per the manager. The contracted towing company towed my car anyways. Breaking numerous laws when they did it. Spoke to his manager of the appartments. They did nothing to help us. Even though they could have. They were the ones who said hanging the note would be ok. I wouldn't be surprised if they do that on purpose to help the towing company with illegal tows. They're contacted company is retriever towing who has had over 459 complaints with the Oregon department of justice. They also were sued by the Oregon department of justice in January 2023. They rip off consumers daily. This is the towing company that townhomes with a view has hired to do there towing. That's faulty if you ask me. I spoke to numerous neighbors who said that company has towed vehicles that were even tagged with the permit to park there. They prowl through the parking lot looking for cars to tow which is against the law. Not one neighbor had anything nice to say about the towing company. Townhomes with a view apartments does not care about there tenants rights as a consumer, and took the side of a shady towing company. That's terrible business. The office staff at townhomes with a view apartments were rude and did not care about something that they said would be ok to do. Last I heard not keeping your word makes for really bad business. Do not rent from these people."

"My boyfriend and I just got settled in our new apartment here. Finding an apartment is normally the most stressful and frustrating process, but not this time. We had such a pleasant experience with the property manager, Paul. He was so caring and really listened to what we were looking for. His dedication to resident satisfaction is evident in every interaction. He's attentive, responsive, and goes above and beyond to ensure that any concerns are addressed promptly. We are looking forward to calling this place home for a while!"

"We are moving to Townhomes with a View in a few weeks. Our experience has already been beyond amazing! Madison and Paul have been very welcoming and helpful with the whole process, and answered all our questions in a timely and informative manner. The units are also drop dead gorgeous and spacious, and there’s a literal MOUNTAIN in your backyard that you can hike??? Amazing. Some of the one star reviews I’ve read mentioned move out fees being steep, but the management team explains very clearly in your contract what those fees will be. Those fees also mean that the unit you move into will be clean and in good repair. I think thats more than fair. So excited to call this place home!!!"

"I lived in this complex for over 2 years and very much enjoyed my time there. The community was great and friendly. Maintenance was quick to responde and fix any issues. But everything changed when I moved out. Before I moved I paid to have the carpets professionally cleaned and spent a week myself cleaning the apartment spotless. I then had to continue to call to check in on my deposit return. I was told I was getting the full amount back in November. It look them 6 MONTHS to get my deposit back which I was suppose to legally get within 30 days of move out. Although this was upsetting I let it go originally but now the deposit is less then what I was told I was getting back. They said it was due to a cleaning fee, which makes no sense as I PAID for cleaning and still have the invoice. I’m very disappointing with the communication and customer service. I was a huge promoter of this complex until this situation."
