"I’ve lived here for over a year and Darwin, the maintenance manager, is fantastic! Always very friendly and could fix just about anything. He went the extra mile today and worked late to help me out. Thank you Darwin"
"I just wanna say thank you to Emma , the property manager, and to Darwin the maintenance manager. You guys are phenomenal. I cannot be happier with the work that you guys have done for me.. Again, thank you"
"My wife and I are current residents. We have not stayed in many other apartments. However, we have lived here at the Caldera for almost 2 years…2 years too long… DON’T, I repeat, DO NOT come/apply/live here. The management is not helpful, they border the line of liars. There are no places for dogs or kids to play. The apartments are not kept up on. The laundry room is dirty most of the time. They have a gravel parking lot, where we had gotten a screw stuck in the tire of our car. We also had a car stolen right out of that parking lot. And let me mention again, management is no help. So if you are looking for a new home for you and your family, you run across these apartments, run as fast as you can in the opposite direction."
"I see a lot of bad reviews on here but my husband and I lived here for four years and I honestly loved it. The management team now is by far better than who used to be there and I feel they do work with you and are very helpful. I am actually going to miss being here so I guess it all depends on the situation, neighbors, etc. But I can say that we had a great experience. If there is one things I would say that is negative it's that if someone parks in your spot after hours you can't really do anything about it because we don't have the number to tow or anything. But other than that-it's been chill."
"This place is awful. I moved in to a one bedroom having to trust that the pictures were accurate because they wouldn’t let me do a walk through. The apartment did NOT match the photos. There were holes and cracks in the walls, broken window blinds, hair painted into the walls, a layer of grime on the kitchen cabinets that were installed backwards, the vent fan over the stove that’s supposed to pull smoke outside doesn’t connect anywhere lol it’s just an enclosed fan over the stove and completely useless. I’d never seen that before, it’s such a strange and unethical way to be cheap and cut corners. The fan in the bathroom doesn’t even turn on, there’s spray paint and scribbles on the balcony and on the garage walls, oh! And the balcony railing was, and a year later still is, unattached with exposed screws. I’ve been advised not to use my balcony because a contractor deemed it unsafe and yet was also given a notice that they want to raise my rent almost $200! Where is the $200 of value because I think the $1,260 is too much for what it is already. Expect to do your own maintenance as well. After waiting two weeks for maintenance to show up and follow through with an appointment to fix the broken handle on my toilet I had to fix it myself. When I asked to be reimbursed for the parts I bought, the girl argued with me for literal HOURS saying they don’t “compensate” tenants for maintenance. Ma’am, compensate and reimburse are two very different things. In summation, this place is horrible. Save yourself and do NOT move here."
