"Horrible landlords. Everything in the apartment was extremely old. Cleaned everything exceptionally upon leaving, they kept the entire deposit and proceeded to charge $700 which went on my record. They refused to take it off record even upon receiving payment. Awful people."

Thinking we may get some of our deposit back instead they decided to take all of it plus charge us $1600 for carpet and other minor things. Stay far away."

"Was promised upgrades the day we moved in because the apt had a nasty sink and old dishwasher. When we moved out 3 years later not one upgrade was made. We were NEVER late on rent in our entire stay there. Spent 6 hours cleaning and they stil pocketed $300 of the deposit. Dont fall for the nice act. They'll install crap 5 year carpet and expect Several tenants to live in it. Then charge you for the carpet when it needs replaced. Avoid, there are better places in WAY better areas for same price."
