Oakridge Apartments

"Every time I have an issue, or I need something resolved Oakridge is always on it and they handle it so quickly. The office ladies are so kind and genuine! When we moved in, our apartment was beautiful and clean and well renovated. Oak ridge is quick to fix issues and the maintenance workers are efficient and timely about work orders. We have cats, and they always make sure to not let them out and they are sweet to them. We never hear our neighbors which is really nice, and we have neighbors below and next door so we were very surprised. Over all great place to live, me and my husband are very happy to live here. 10/10!!"

"I'm visiting my best friend since Kindergarten after not seeing her and the kids for almost 2 years and "Amber" (probably a fake name) from the office calls to tell her she needs to have me on the lease because I've been here for 2 weeks? Then she goes on to say that she'd be "watched carefully" to make sure they follow the guest rules... that's harassment and they should be sued for threatening residents and invading privacy. Also they pay $1300/month for this place which is crazy (I live in CA and I would never pay that to live in this complex)."

"I have lived in many apartments in my life, but this by far has to be the worst I have ever lived in. Just in the quality of how the units are built is incredibly questionable. The walls and ceiling are so thin that you can hear everything your neighbor does. You might think I'm exaggerating, but you literally can hear them talking on the phone at regular voice volumes. I lived on a ground-floor apartment and I could hear all the shenanigans that my upstairs neighbor was doing. The positive features of this apartment could not warrant any higher of a rating than 1-star. Maintenance was great. Very timely and quick to resolve things. Management was so-so. The office manager was not quick to resolve noise complaints that we had with our upstairs neighbors. She was obviously afraid of confrontation, and that didn't bode well. I would, at all cost, beg you to avoid living in this place. It will not end well for your mental health. Also, the prices they charge for these apartments are down right criminal. The property owners should be ashamed of themselves."

"Have nothing negative to say. Been here well over a year and maintenance as well as management have been great. Very quick to resolve any problems. No more neighbor "noise" than any other apt I've lived in. Very satisfied living here."
