Sure, you must be able to pay your 499.00, however even a bank does not calculate a loan figuring your income to be 3x your home cost! Truly must be why so many homes are for sale there. You want out of there so bad, then they buy your home and you bite it just to get out of the trap. They resale at double what they paid you . Opportunists!!!"
