"I lived at lookingglass for just over 2 years. I moved to the area and was struggling to find housing, which had me considering less than ideal situations. As a nurse working Covid, I needed a place I could reprieve. I showed up as a last resort from a verbal recommendation and was met with Marcia in the front office. Marcia was and is the absolute sweetest human being alive (I'm convinced). She told me to put in my application asap as was an apt coming up for rent in a month or so. So I did, and got it! The apartment itself was nice, AC, washer/dryer etc included. I worked nights and Marcia was always being conscientious of that. When my kitchen disposal broke, they were out the next day to repair. My neighbors were very nice and quiet as well (even during the day when I was sleeping!). I literally cannot say enough good things about this place! Thank you Marcia and team for helping me find my home at Lookingglass."

"These apartments are just alright. Clean and reasonably priced w/proper property management that responds promptly to tenant questions and work orders that have been submitted. The units themselves are standard- very basic. My issues with the apartments as a possible dwelling for my family and self are few, but weighted pretty heavily with my families final decision to rent or not rent there. I was NOT impressed with the total square footage of the unit, found the bedrooms to be small bordering on tiny! The common areas were also lacking in size a huge negative is the fact that the apartments have not been updated yet so are not smart technology ready he cannot connect your electronics to your apartment with the equipment that is there you would have to buy everything on your own accord. Just super basic apartment with no standout features that set them apart apart from any of the competitors in the area. My family and I chose to pass on these apartment"
