"THIRD TIME posting this: Neighbor tested positive for asbestos, abatement company suspects it's widespread. Corporate Management refused to test. I contacted the DEQ who confirmed the presence of asbestos. Management was fully aware, having received a 133-page notice upon purchasing the building. Exposed subfloor since October increases long-term risk. This negligence is unacceptable and violates Oregon law. Unsafe practices put other tenants at risk unknowingly. They even falsely flag honest reviews showing concerning conditions. Shouldn't have to risk our health due to finances"
