"The homes definitely need minor repairs. But it's mostly cosmetic. However I met a few of the house keepers and not only did they do a great job but their attention to detail was great. Especially Angie ( I'm almost sure that's her name) she actually cared about her job and it showed. She care about the guests comfort and she thought ahead so it would make things easier for guests."

"We stayed one night in Heritage House, and we were gleefully touched with the thoughtful inclusions throughout the unit. The unit we had (5) was much larger than we had anticipated, and actually hadn't seen photos of the unit (it was being painted and reset) and we were pleasantly surprised. Its definitely an older building that could use some minor fixture updates, but it had everything we needed and more. These units could be used for longer term rental, as many (if not all?) have a full kitchen, living area, bathroom, and bedroom. The grounds are very cute, and have a little propane fire area and even doggy bags provided. Amy and Bailey were very attentive to texts and emails, and we will always consider Coos Bay as a vacation stop."
