"This is a beautiful high class resort near the Oregon Coast. Lots of great things about this place, but there are a few negatives. #1 They rarely answer the phone and I've left numerous messages over the past few years and they have never returned a call. #2. You won't hear the Ocean waves because you're in a bay and pretty far away from the Ocean. #3. They have a pool, which is nice, but no hot tubs. All in all, it is very clean and it is a luxury RV resort. We had a great time meeting our friends here, but I expect a little more for a $100 per night RV spot."

"It was a little above average.. would I recommend it....sure!! Any one would surely love this place , but this is the Oregon Coast and beautiful is everywhere here!!! Since you can't find a reservation for me then I must be mistaken huh?!! I'm an honest reviewer and this is my opinion so I figured a 4.4 out of 5 would of been good enough but when your opinion of yourself is higher than the reality of it is then disappointment would be everywhere.im ok with average!!"

"Bay Point Landing truly exceeded our expectations for RV camping. After discovering the lack of cell service at another nearby location, we stumbled upon this gem. The staff here were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, even finding a spot for us on short notice. Navigating our 25’ Roo onto the flat gravel pads was a breeze, thanks to clear instructions. The amenities here are top-notch, including a full-size pool, well-maintained gender-specific bathrooms, and an inviting outdoor play area. Plus, the breathtaking waterfront views added an extra layer of tranquility to our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bay Point Landing to anyone, whether it's family, friends, or even strangers! It's a place that genuinely delivers comfort, convenience, and hospitality. We'll be returning for another memorable stay"

"Lovely spot in Coos Bay, but I was disappointed by a few things. Firstly, my cabin lacked hot water, despite trying the sink and shower. Additionally, upon closer inspection, I noticed scratched window film on the doors from dogs, filthy window screens, broken window handles, and stains on the couch. However, despite these issues, the place felt nice, and everyone enjoyed their stay. The scenery was beautiful, and although we tried to use the pool during the adults-only hour, it was crowded with families and kids. If there had been hot water and better-maintained furniture, my experience could have gone from decent to amazing."

"Loved this place so much! The service was great, the employees are very helpful, the location and amenities are a huge plus. My only turnoff was the cleanliness of the kitchen area. I didn't use anything but the electric kettle to make some coffee in the morning but I made sure to wash all the dishes prior to using. I realize we were glamping and if I was dry camping it would be dirtier but for the same price as a good hotel I expect a very clean kitchen at the very least. Will give this place another chance in the future because I do want to give a five star review hopefully."
