"Reserved a room online, called -before showing up- to make changes to, and confirm, our reservation. When checking-in just now, the Lady at the front desk flat REFUSED to serve my party; and, after becoming rather rude/hostile with us, began threatening to call the cops on if we didn't leave the premises. This is AFTER Already paying for the room online, and then being billed a second time on the phone rather than modifying our existing reservation. Yep! They double billed my friend's card, locking it up, and ended up auto-freezing his card! Now, I 'm sitting on hold 13+min. and counting after telling her l wished to make a customer complaint. We called and confirmed the reservation BEFORE HAND! This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! To make matters worse: it's my birthday! 10/10 would not recommend based on customer service alone! Never have l been so incorrectly profiled and disrespected in my life! The last time we stayed here the owner was working the front desk. We wound up over-sleeping the next morning by accident. He was Stern about paying for another room if we didn't get up and get moving, but was kind, courteous, and understanding. He even made sure we had coffee at nearly 12! I don't think he'd appreciate the way we were treated tonight! ****15+min hold only to have her hang up (0 f course!****"

"We loved this place! Extremely better than the Motel 6 nearby at the same price. Global Inn had a microwave, a fridge, a coffeepot and good internet. Motel 6 had a cheap sliver of soap and we had to sit at the open door to get wifi. Nice people at Global Inn, thanks!"

"A few months ago we were in a bind and in need of a hotel room and saw it had a vacancy, checked in and not 10 min into the stay we were sitting on the bed with my dog and noticed a flea on her, which she has never had I keep up on it, then saw another one. Then I started getting bit. I got 3 bites on my legs and feet. We ammeditly grabbed our stuff. We didn't use anything or get settled in went to the front desk and said we can't stay here. The lady said she would refund our money, but did not. 150+ dollars and I have called several times to get my refund and confidently the manager is never in and can't seem to call me back. I hate bashing businesses but this is getting ridiculous. There are way better hotels in the area please don't waste your time there, and if you do I hope you have a better experience than we did."

"The rooms are not the best rooms, but you pay for what you get. Very adorable rooms and the rooms align with their price. The beds were very comfortable. We got a bay view room which had no AC and was also very loud. We went for UTV Takeover weekend. They have ample parking, but was a little tough for us since we had a trailer. What knocks this place out of the park is the check in staff!! Shawn and Blanca are amazing! Shawn provided so many local tips which we love them all. Blanca was always so very sweet! Hopefully you can encounter them. If you’re curious about their breakfast, it’s grab and go, cereal cups, bananas, etc. This place is also pet friendly, with a fee. Lots of pets here!"
