"They wouldn't explain why they wouldn't bill my fathers insurance after the insurance company said they can. Call to get more details and was yelled at and hung up on cuz the lady didn't like my tone. Then they blocked my calls. My dad is in desperate need of home health but they could care less. Horrible horrible horrible place don't let these people near ur loved ones. I'm filling a complaint with Medicare and the BB."
