"I don't recall having any issues with my visits at the end of July (2023), but I was scheduled with a dentist outside my insurance and, thus, had to pay later when I had thought care would be covered. I do remember that the front desk staff was quite friendly. I'd like to continue going here, but I can't say I'm thrilled about paying. I guess I'll just have to be more careful going forward. I realize that this is not necessarily Advantage's fault, but there should definitely be more collaboration on matters of insurance coverage."

"For someone who goes to this place, the services that are provided are wonderful and no short cuts to how honest the business is. If one is struggling with teeth problems, the doctors are there to be honest and not sugarcoat it. The wait before an appointment can be long even if arriving the time set for anyone. But the dental care is very good and makes sure to cover all expenses of what's needed. My rating is 4/5 for the reasons already stated "

"if i could give negative starts i would. rudest dentist, I have ever met in my entire life. Do not take your babies here. he was dismissive, rude, talked down, never introduced himself and treated us like trash. i do everything in my power to keep my kids teeth healthy but with both their top teeth have came in poorly, this dentist said no more than two sentences to us. for our first appointment he walked in the room and this is all he said “so what he just eats a bunch of sugar huh”, asked to see my sons teeth (he’s three and has been to the dentist 3 times a year since he was 9m old), i showed him and he said “yep refer him” and walked out the door. second appt was for my baby and again he didn’t introduce himself, he walked over and said “show me his teeth”, told his assistant he needed a light, she turned it on, he said “i see nothing wrong, the tooth is just erupting like normal” i looked at him in shock, it was clearly not normal looking like the other 3 next to it. he said “we will send the referral but there is nothing wrong with that tooth”. then he left, the assistant said she’d get the referral sent. i respond okay thank you may i leave, she said yes. as i was walking out past that dentists office he makes a snide comment about my sons tooth being completely normal. how unprofessional. i will never return. and i highly suggest you don’t either."

"BELIGERANT RUDE HOSTILE STAFF! They refuse to greet me. They refuse accountability for their blatant mistakes. I was 8mins late and the receptionist with a very tight bun snapped at me got hostile, and accused me of being 23mins late because I had to be there 15mins to fill out paperwork which took me 10seconds. I told her if I'm supposed to be there 15mins earlier than schedule me 15mins earlier. The Mexican dental assistant never said a word until finished, then piped up and said " you are DONE don't come here again, go to Bandon" I was appalled! First of all how dare she! 2nd there is no dentist in Bandon, 3rd, its not up to me to schedule where I want it's thru insurance. HORRIBLE evey experience is HORRIBLE there"

"Would not recommend this place to anyone. Walk in and the receptionist is screaming her head off at a patient. Top-notch professional right there! Then the dentist had to do his tech job because they were too busy gossiping about the patients to do their job. I guess they can't make enough money to educate their employees about HIPPA! Cell phones out in front of patients and while on the job. It's bad enough that you have to wait MONTHS to get an appointment, then when you do, they're too busy running their mouths about the patients to even get you in and out promptly. Waited almost an hour staring at a brick wall that they had the chair facing. Even as a patient, you aren't supposed to have your phone out because of HIPPA when you share an open room with other patients."
