"Valarie said that us getting evicted was on us no it wasn't they gave 60 day no cause eviction because they didn't have a reason to evict us. Yet they have people that live there that do drugs and everything else but not get evicted. The manager herself is full of lies she has a pet and says it is her friends. But really it is her boyfriends. They gave 60 day no cause eviction to people that have lived there 6+ years for no reason,. Just so they can move more suckers in. The owner is never around and he is a cheap skate."

"I have lived in these places for a year and half. I eventually moved to duplex that was owned by the same owner and lived there for almost a year. I got a 60 day no cause eviction because a neighbor didn't like my kids and the neighbor even told us that she is the one who got us evicted. Tried talking to the manager about it and she wasn't very help full. The neighbor made our life hell the last few weeks we were there always calling the cops on us for no reason. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The owner is never around and they fix things half pass."

"It's terrible. Everyone including the landlord has extra people living with them. The landlord even has a dog, which I'm sorry but if you're a manager at a complex or at work, you should adhere to the rules everyone else follows! Don't even complain once or you'll likely get a no cause eviction. I've had a whole in wall for 6 months, from a broken pipe & they won't fix it. I just got a 60 day no cause & many others too. The rumor is that the owner is making everyone leave so he can raise the rent substantially. Worst apartment ever!"

"We lived at these apartments for about 18 months.During our time there we made a few friends and we liked living there. The comments on here from someone named Sasha Davis are not correct at all. She must have gotten evicted for not paying her rent or something because nothing she says is accurate. Our apartment was a nice size. We did not notice sound traveling from our neighbor to our apartment(something had to be really loud to hear it and that was rare). One really nice thing is that these are townhouses so you do not have anybody living above you. Having washer/dryer hookups was nice. Liked being able to have a barbeque in our own private fenced patio if we wanted. Our carpet was in good condition when we moved in. We would recommend.this place. We moved because we had an opportunity to get a house."

"While I lived there it was generally a positive experience. Wish I could live in a house but I can't afford it. They had a change in managers while I was there. The old manager was slow, the new manager made sure a repair got done. It is not a shiny brand new apartment complex but it was comfortable. I felt like I got a good bang for the buck. Things I liked: they are good sized, loved having my own washer and dryer inside my own apartment, most of the other tenants seemed friendly. Things I didn't like: there was a loud mouthed drunk a few doors down, we turned in a complaint - and he got booted out."
