"Was a happy tenant here for over a year but now with new ownership and new property manager, they bold face lied to our faces about a new deal and not increasing our rent to move into another apartment while trying to make up excuses for lying to our faces. Even with the renovations, this place is not worth $1850/month, plus pet rent and utilities which will make it to about $2k a month. Avoid like the plague."

"The property management company Blanton Turner is simply aweful. Someone has driven through the chain link fence on Gateway Street at least 3 months ago and they have not bothered to spend a couple hundred bucks and an hours work to fix it. This is the gold standard for BT managed properties..."

"High price for Mid value. Unless you've been here since 2019 then it's high price for low value. Very noisy and several of my maintenance requests have been ignored. Ended up just doing it myself. :/ The one lady in the office here is nice."

"We lived in these apartments for quite a few years before buying our home. The managers and maintenance people were so nice and friendly. The apartments are have a great layout with plenty of closets for storage. Having an indoor washer and dryer is a huge plus, as well as the storage sheds on the balcony."
