"My experience with management was amazing! They were super helpful with explaining fees and process. The apartment is clean and my neighbors are quiet! They even have tenet appreciation events as well as three laundry matts on the premises."

"Horribly over priced for run down outdated apartments. Who doesn't put carpet padding down? Constant trespassers knocking on doors or going through trash bins & cars. Dogs running loose & biting residents, dogs barking at all hours. Mgnt doesn't enforce rules, but only on those they want to intimidate. Drunks fighting several nights per week. Drunks screaming opera in Spanish(?) at 2:45am. Extremely noisy neighbors not being addressed. Just last week, I saw a senior knocked over by a child speeding on his bicycle down the narrow concrete walkway. No oversight at all, & with mgnt living on the premises, this is 100% unacceptable. They need to replace their so-called mgnt team. The only staff worth while is the maintenence crew. Way to go maintenence staff!"

"The new apartment manager, Jeff has been a great help ever since my partner and I moved in. Their maintenance team are always communicative and quick to resolve things. In a situation where appliances needed repair, they were quick to schedule in less than a day!"

"My partner and my two cats all moved in here from out of state and Laura and Jeff made this process so easy on us! Not only are we living in an affordable 1 Bedroom apartment but they had also left a “welcome home” basket with paper towels, toilet paper, snacks, soap and a hand written card with all of our names (including my cats!) on it. Made our first night here so easy. They have continued to make our time here incredible and have been so welcoming to us. I could not ask for a smoother move in process or a kinder property management team."

"I had an amazing experience moving in to these apartments. Laura and Jeff at the front office were extremely friendly and helpful with helping me go through the paperwork process and get settled in. Derrick on maintenance does wonderful work also. The three of them take a lot of pride in keeping the grounds maintained and presenting clean and pet-friendly apartments. Sequoia sends out a newsletter periodically letting the residents know what's new and about any upcoming water shut-offs or important events, inspections, and reminders which is nice! The pool and laundry rooms are cleaned and sanitized daily. I also love the location and how it is not on a busy street but is still very close to bus stations and shopping centers. Overall have had a very happy experience :) We don't hear much of our neighbors also which is a big plus."
