"The worst and most unpredictable and unprofessional apartment complex I have ever lived at. Joy is a lying, thieving, coward who will never return a call. She is refusing to give back my security deposit that she has recognized and admitting that I am entitled to receive. She has purposely hung up calls she knows that I am on. She tells me lies about how she's sent my check. She does everything in her power to ignore me and when she has no choice but to speak with me - all she does is lie. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to live under these criminals. There's far better in Oregon."

"The worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. There is never staff in the leasing office and even when there are they never answer the phone or email you back. So don’t expect them to help you with anything. The laundry rooms are always filthy and very old. Management refuses to replace broken parts after several complaints. Your clothes will never feel clean when you wash them here."

"Absolutely awful experience here. From day 1 there was a lady in the office who was extremely rude. Zero communication from the start. I moved out TWO months ago and they won’t send me my security deposit. I have called, emailed, you name it and they feed me lies. “Oh it was sent to the wrong address” “I’m overnighting it today, it will be there tomorrow.” Here I am two months later with no security deposit returned to me. This place is a joke. Also, good luck getting anything fixed if you live here. Our apartment was extremely humid they day we moved in. Literal water pooling on the ceiling and they never did anything about it. Had constant issues with mold because of it. Moral of the story, don’t live here. It sucks. I guess I will be seeking legal action to get my security deposit back."

"I love Pacific Village Apartments! The Property Manager and office team is always there to listen, answer questions, and help when there is a problem. The maintenance team is so kind and willing to help with anything that comes up and quickly. The pool and hot tub is great during the summer time, I had so much fun, last summer, floating in a floaty with my friends and playing music. I love that there are multiple laundry rooms on grounds, so there is almost always a washing machine open when I need it. I have a puppy and he loves running around in the fenced in pet area or going on walks around the complex."
