"I believe it was the owner. She was very rude. I have never heard of a hotel that won't let you have visitors. Joe was meeting his brother and was told no. Then, the clock in the room was not reset. So Joe missed breakfast. He asked the woman if he could have an apple juice, and she said no. Breakfast ends at 9:30. Joe is handicapped. He asked if he could check out late, and she said no. What happened to hospitality. Guest pay for you to run your business. Without you, have nothing. Kindness goes a long way. I will be posting this asking people not to visit your establishment. I am a GM for restaurants. I can't imagine telling a guest no for something so easy to accommodate."

"The clerk was so very helpful I booked a room but it wasn't the one I thought it was getting because there once a while we get the same room she helped us change rooms with no problem she was very patient and understanding and she was very nice person and help us out"
