"I am giving the new management a 5 star review. They care and want this to be a great place to live. They are professional, listen and act. They treat me with respect, positivity and try to help. This has not been my experience for almost 7 years of living here, however, I believe will do what they can to make this a better place to live."
"So far had a hard time getting in touch with corporate (Peak Living). They have had months to accommodate my disability needs in my apartment and have gone out of their way to ignore the recommendations of the electrician. I’ve read some other reviews with the BBB where there was a fire because they didn’t take care of the electrical issue at another property that Peak Living owns. They wait to take care of anything. It escalates to where you have to threaten to get an attorney. They hope you forget about it, or can’t pay legal fees, which most people here are on a fixed income, or you get fed up and move. They don’t care about your quality of life as a tenant. Renter beware. We’ve had several other tenants at the property who have had to threaten with obtaining legal representation due to unnecessary stalling and willful disregard. They took three years to get the mail boxes put up and in the mean time people had stuff stolen out of their mailboxes which could have been prevented. I had my stairs ripped out with no notice and was stranded on the top floor and had to climb down on a ladder to get out, which was dangerous and preventable. My roommate almost lost their job because they didn’t know the stairs were being taken out the same day they had to be to work. Their response was things happen to situations that shouldn’t be minimized. They have a revolving door with managers. We’ve had four managers in one year. That doesn’t include the other managers even before that. They tell you to get in touch with Peak Cares, they are exactly who I’m referring to in this post. They willfully ignore and stall and make living here difficult and your quality of life goes in the toilet. I definitely am concerned about retaliation after this post."
"Our new maintenance man is amazing. He was quick to address my issue and as soon as the new item came in he was quick to get it fixed. He did a great job and he was very professional when speaking to me."
"Ashley is a great Manager. I have lived at this property twice and have always felt at home. Anytime I have had an issue with my apartment it gets addressed and fixed right away. The grounds are picked up daily and the landscaping always looks great and kept up on. I would recommend living here to anyone."
