"Love this place!! The worst part about it, nothing. My son and I landed here after a very difficult previous landlord. Tammie is an AMAZING property manager, absolutely amazing!! We were in a 1 bedroom + bonus room unit. It was perfect for us! I miss our neighbor, Carla and her kids. People in this community really try to watch out for each other. This is a great space to land!! The only reason we moved, we were offered a rental space out in the sticks. Oak Creak Townhomes - check it out!! Beautiful space. Wonderful community."
"This is probably one of the best deals in town. Our rent is affordable for the amount of space we have, I almost couldn't believe it when I first found this place. I am going to write a longer review here since there isn't much info about this property online. We have been living here for 2 years and are considering a 3rd year. The neighborhood is quiet. We walk to Hendricks from our house and have access to amazing trails. Nature is abundant, like other reviews have mentioned, turkey, deer, and nature is literally your backyard. Our place itself is a tad bit outdated. Our friends never mention it so it's not obvious and we are just fine with that. The maintenance here is standard, sometimes it takes an extra few days to come over but there are only a couple of guys for a large property. No A/C here if you're looking for that, but we have the coolest lofted ceiling which helps in the summer. The winter times our downstairs area is quite cold from the loft. We run the heat a lot as a result. We love having the property manager living on-site, it gives a much greater sense of ownership. Tämmie is incredibly kind, aware, and diligent. She knows everyone here and keeps the property well maintained. It takes 2-3 minutes to get to I5 and you're on your way. Market of Choice is literally 5 minutes away. Springfield is right here as well, takes no more than a few minutes, we also go to Mt. Pisgah a lot! Parking can be a bit strange here. Each unit gets only one allotted space and there are no options to pay for a second. The rest of the parking spaces are free-for-all. We often are parking on the streets when coming home late, but they are safe, wide and always available. Mail and deliveries. I have never lived somewhere that people have been so confused. It's quite funny when getting guests or deliveries. You'll need to remember to tell people you're at Oak Creek Townhomes. Google can make it funky when getting directions because each unit number is its' own unique address as well. 5/5 would recommend to a friend. This place is hard to get a space in as residents know it is awesome here so they stay longer. I was on a waitlist for a while before I got lucky with an available unit."
"Oak Creek Townhomes is a lovely place to live. You get to enjoy nature (lush landscaping, close to multiple parks, and lots of turkeys!) while being super close to the university, downtown, and highway access. And one of the best parts of Oak Creek Townhomes is Tämmie, the property manager. She is a rare gem who actually cares about the tenants and the property. I would recommend this place to anyone!!"
"I have been at Oak Creek Townhomes for a little over a year. It has been a great experience. Where else can you walk out your door and see beautiful deer, wild turkeys cruising down the street and be greeted by a friendly neighborhood cat who also is dog friendly? It close to freeway access without the sound of the highway. Right against a woodsy area is great if you own a dog, trails to explore and nice neighborhoods for walking. My niece and nephew love the park right down the street. A mile walk from Hendricks park and close to gas stations from ever direction. I absolutely love living here. The property manager Tammie is always helpful and attentive with any questions or concerns I have. The best part- no smoking on property!!!"
"Do not go to these apartments. Its so much more complicated that that"
