"Great value. Older hotel with clean rooms and modernized furniture, decore and fixtures. Very friendly staff and quiet guests/location. Nearby food etc. Deposit was unusually large, but was returned without issues. Convenient location from Amtrak. Would definitely return."

"Very nice little hotel only 15 min from the Eugene Airport. Bathroom was nice and the room had a lapdesk perfect for using a laptop in bed or on the sofa. Friendly staff and very affordable rates."

"Heads up! The charge you $200 deposit fee ON ToP of the about $100 room. I do not recall reading this when I made the reservation. Lady also accidentally charged my card on top of it. The parking is a bit difficult and there does not appear to really be a designated dog area. Only open grass spot is right next to the road. Very unhappy and I WiLL NOT be using them again nor be recommend them. The room cleaner however did a good job."

"Just after checking into our room I stepped outside looking for a niice machine or vending machine and happen to notice the staff member smoking what seemed to be marijuana. This young hispanic looking front desk employee, did not seem to care that my children were within 15 ft. I know Oregon is a liberal state and marijuana is legal in some ways. It was just disappointing that my kids had to smell it. Wish I wish that corporate would look into this because the hotel is very nice."

"I have a service dog and didn’t notify the front desk. I have documentation my dog is a service dog. Korena charged my card an additional $135 for my dog. On top of the $100 deposit. Not to mention the room refund for tonight. Not refunded yet. This is fraudulent and I reported to my bank. Edit: finally refunded however I was told I am on the do not rent list. So I am not welcome back anytime"
