Hampton Inn Eugene

"I called to make a business trip reservation for 3 nights, I spoke with Summer and she was a delight. Easiest reservation I've ever made with a Hampton Inn. Price's were great and the Customer Service was top notch. We had a slight change in the reservation the day before our planned arrival and when I called I spoke with Shaun, who made the change without hesitation. I have made quite a few reservations at Hampton Inn Hotels in Oregon (Clackamas, Bend, Medford and Eugene) and Eugene is by far the best for customer service. The rooms/hotel are clean, breakfast is great, quick and friendly service. Keep It up Hampton Inn Eugene!!"

"Well you definitely get what you pay for. I normally stay at the most inexpensive hotel/motels that at least look like are in a good neighborhood. Tonight I didn't feel like looking around and came across this Hampton Inn that was on a main street with lots of stores and restaurants in the area. So since it was just for a night I decided to check the price and availability. I normally go through a third party app since it's just easier to pay through that and know exactly how much the total is. On a February Saturday at 7:00pm this one came up with an available king bed suite at a total cost of $169. for a night and decided to splurge and just get it. Decent amount of parking in a very well lit lot. Check in was pain free with a very courteous desk clerk. The lobby just as you expect a high end hotel would have, a lounge area as well as the business center with 2 computers and desks. Overall very modern and clean environment. This place had a nice pool and decently equipped gym that had actual dumbbell weights on racks, treadmill, bike, and elliptical machine. Rooms were spacious and immaculate. Usually all the cheap motels I stay in has a slight musty smell to the room when you first enter and just get used to eventually. This room had no smell whatsoever and all the furniture you expect in a nice suite, as well as a fridge, microwave, and an instant Keureg coffee maker. Nice firm mattress and soft clean sheets. Usually I see a variety of pillows on the bed in some hotels, but these pillows were all the same and a little too soft for me, felt like it had a bunch of little pieces of foam inside, which wasn't too bad, I was able to shape each pillow to my needs. Carpet flooring and marble tile bathroom. Bathroom had all the stock amenities you need including a hair dryer. Room temp was regulated with a thermostat on the wall which you can control. Needless to say I slept very well! In the morning they have a complimentary breakfast buffet with your normal high end spread. Scrambled eggs, sausage, variety of pastries, waffle maker, fruit basket, variety of cereals, coffee and juices. If you are in this area and looking for some very nice accommodations, at a cost of course, I highly recommend this Hampton Inn. I don't have a lot of luxury hotel stays under my belt but this one definitely sets a high bar."

"I thought the location was a little out of the way, but what a very nice hotel. Extremely clean, the room was perfect. Breakfast was nice. Hampton Inns are consistent, and I really appreciate that. There are fast food restaurants close and a good restaurant about a mile away called Forresters Bar and Grill."

"My overall experience was really bad. There were many (more than 10) ants in my room; I found them even on my bed. The doors don't have a soft close, so I could hear other people banging their doors when opening or closing. The complimentary breakfast was okay. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy."

"Fantastic stay here last week! Matt went above and beyond to accommodate us and welcome my dog. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and had everything we needed. The lobby with coffee bar, snacks, and breakfast to go bags was more than we expected. This is a lovely place to stay and a very attentive staff team. It’s also a short drive to the airport and easily accessible to other areas in Eugene."
