"Shady management as well as tenants, gross buildings, thin walls, high rates. Smelly hallways and elevators with stains and garbage everywhere. Management doesn't care if they have people stealing on their property on camera, inside their buildings. Couriers beware delivering here as management will do nothing to help when tenants lie about not receiving orders."
"I've lived at Willamette Gardens for 2 years now. It's a large complex with a large community. All in all the management and maintenance are on top of what ever issues may arise. The maintenance guys/gals are always professional and friendly and get tyne job done. ."

"I've had some maintenance requests that Brandon and Dean went above and beyond to help complete. I've lived here a little over a year and these 2 guys have by far done the best with the maintenance issues that I've had. I appreciate the maintenance guys for all their work plus more to make it better all around here at Willamette Gardens. Since I can't figure out how to write a new review I will add on to the one I posted about a month ago. I've had multiple maintenance work orders and they all have been taken care of in a timely manner. Brandon and Dean go above and make sure everything is taken care of, fixed properly then ask if there's anything else before they are completely done. They want to make sure the maintenance issue or issues are taken care and everything working properly for the tenants. I have been very happy and pleased with all that they do to make sure that that continues to happen. Great, great maintenance team in making everything run and work smoothly!"
