"Do you want mold, mildew, and homeless people screaming outside your window? Look no further! You've found your home! I moved in and immediately found the apartment had mold and mildew- minutes after the apartment manager "inspected" it. I was told I had to wait a week for it to be taken care of. Found mold in the dishwasher in the meantime- cleaned that myself. Was told later by the corporate supervisor that it must have developed in between the inspection and my move in- which was the same day. So be careful moving here, the mold develops in just HOURS. Parking lot is completely unlit at night- except the light provided by the neighbor's porches- smart on Umbrella, make your tenants pay to light the parking lot! This is especially great since homeless people like to dig through the dumpster at night! The garbage strewn about really adds to the ambiance. If you're lucky, you'll get caught inside while someone is having a mental health episode and throws glass at your car! Have you always wanted to live on lakeside property? You're in luck! No one maintains the storm drains so the grounds flood regularly. If you want to pay modern day rent for an apartment built in the 70s- look no further. Let the corporate greed of Umbrella Properties embrace you in it's cold, hard, clutches. Welcome home!"

"Pricey ( but what place isnt in eugene isnt!) both the office staff and maintenance workers are good people and prompt when you need help, the community is really good at looking out for people and things that dont belong with in these two complexes. The two pools are a personal favorite for my family. Decently located to get to restraunts and downtown ( usually a 10 minute drive)"

"Reasons to avoid living here. A lot of homeless people break into your car because being off the fern edge and parking lot is poorly lit. We had a lot of problems with not even a call back when I complained, Management turns over often so u have long periods of time without a property manger. And no return calls. There was a sewage/water leak in the court yard. The ground become so soft that yhe landscapers stopped mowing and I had terrible Mosquitos. We had issues with smokers under our apartment and management up me to deal with myself: so scary, and everyone smokes in the parking lot. Cat feces every where. So gross. The lawn crew brings in 5 loud leaf blowers at 7am Friday , 5 hours a week. and stirs up all the dust that's collect. I always got horrible headache every Friday morning. Property management is alway leaving scary letters on your door. They will bill u twice, and they give u 5 days to pay or u get kicked out. I received 4 final bills. They are super disorganized and unprofessional. Avoid this place, Misreported information to my landlord and then requested personal information about my application. My lease went up dramatically every re sign, It gets really hot in the parking lot because the shading sucks. Woodland creek apartment has a lot of police activity and u will see plenty of mentally ill people here. Your classic corporate rip off apartments for people with pets or bad credit."
