A star for cleanliness, one for privacy, another for location, Astar for child friendly with playgrounds around every corner and A final star goes to the community gardens wher there seems to be enough room for any green thumb to grow wild in full bloom(if you're into that sort of thing)* I think most city dwellers would be happy there.
