"Amazon Corner is a great community, and the manager and staff are top notch. Provisions and Xicha Brewing are downstairs too, which is a nice bonus. There are walking trails nearby, and the UO and downtown Eugene are maybe 5ish minutes away. I definitely recommend this for anyone looking for an apartment in South Eugene."
"Tiny dog area. I assume for Tiny is as tiny does Dog Park. Snidely named, Bark Park. Maybe yer dog can sleep here. The rules are longer than your dog. Looks like barking ain't allowed."
"This is a very well run apartment complex in a great location of Eugene with soon to be two great places to eat below the units, lots of parks and green space nearby. Convenient to downtown but without all the noise and distractions of downtown living. The building is very clean, good communication between the office/tenants and maintenance (if needed), safe mail delivery and storage, choices for parking and storage so you get what you want to pay for and nothing more. I like the cafeteria style way of being able to chose. The ductless mini-split system allows for the individual apartments to regulate the temperature with great energy efficiency when needed. The appliances are modern and in good condition. Everything works! I could not have found a better and more pleasant place in Eugene. My floor mates are super quiet and respectful and their pets are too! I'll be staying awhile..."
"Great apartment complex and location. Our studio apartment had gas stove & updated stainless steel appliances. There were no amenities like a gym or pool. We easily found parking on the street close by the complex. The leasing office staff were a bit unapproachable but overall the leasing experience was a positive one."
