"it was not a pleasant place to live. i only moved there cuz i coudnt get in anywhere else. abusive downstairs neighbor. ineffective management. three dead neighbors- suicide, overdose and drank themselves to death. consant visits from law enforcement. people treatened to pull a gun on me twice while walking at night. people drive down 7th like its a drag strip. live elsewhere if possible. only good things were my next door neighbor was good people and i liked the hippy store near by."

Adele who runs the entire street essentially is charitable, amazing and treated my wife and Family with so much love and respect when a lot of people wouldn’t allow us the opportunity to stay.
