"I stayed at the 35 club for a year and it was one of the best apartments I stayed at, my favorite benefit that 35 provides is the security and safety of this building nobody can get in or out without the key fob they provide when you move in ! I left because I now have a growing family and need more space, I highly recommend to anyone out there looking for a luxury apartment at an affordable price ! Tiffany is the one to talk to she helped me with any question or concern I had and was very patient with me and made this whole experience for me amazing !! This apartment deserves more than 5 stars in my opinion :)"

"I love this place for the great amenities especially the gym! It is an excellent location easy access on and off the freeways. Great walking along the Willamette. I'd give them 5 stars if it wasn't for the terrible parking situation that was poorly planned. Too small spaces and only 2 visitors parking spaces. Other than that, I don't know that I would ever leave (:"

"For myself & my husband, we love it here. We are retired, and wanted an easier way of living. It meets the bill for us at 35 Club. We have been here 18 months. These are very nice apartments and amenities like the workout area, pool, hot tub, and sauna. Neighbors are all very respectful. We think the entire staff is wonderful here! The soundproofing is good, and we are never bothered by noise. The covered secure garage is a wonderful perk. The location is close to anywhere in Eugene, and is super accessible. This is HOME to us. ~Tom & Marcia"
