"It's nice that there is more housing available now for those in need. Oh wait the absolute lowest price is more than $1,500 for a unit. I think most people can get $940 per month from social security benefits. You would have to make somewhere between $75,000 - $90,000 gross annually, about $5,000/MONTH AFTER TAXES to afford paying 30% of your income on rent for the cheapest units. This is out of touch. This is why we have tent cities. Not the only place this is happening, but the fact that this is right smack in a lower income area is just insulting to most people. I don't expect they will change their ways or even give second thought to what may be wrong here, but I figure this should be said somewhere. To those that live here, I hope you'll take the time to understand how lucky you are and living a life so much more comfortable than the people around you on the streets."

"Lets do some math. $1750 for 643 square feet, and ONE parking spot provided for each resident. 94 units with 120 parking spots, and ZERO room to extand that parking space. Theres no option to park anywhere else. Marie Jacobs park closes at 10 pm. Every night i struggle to secure a parking space within reasonable walking distance from my unit. Additionally i am threatened to be towed multiple times, while being encouraged go illegally park in handicap spaces near the office. With the explanation of " we own the lot we wont tow you." This creates a confusing state of mind for a law abiding citizen and ongoing tenants. On the up side, not only my car, but my girlfriend's and several other cars have been broken in to and stolen from, some with broken windows. Our trash cans dont get lokced up up at night providing ongoing access for the homeless community. We have zero security and not only are we provided ONE space for parking, they're charging 15$ per spot and you guessed it, you can only pay for ONE! Leaving residents who own more than one car playing musical parking spots every night after work"

"Brand new apartments that look like they've been lived in for years only a few months into living here because of absolutely cheap finishes across the board. Inadequate ventilation in the units which causes a buildup of moisture on the windows and mold is growing(barely 3-4 months into living here). New apartments in a lower income area in attempts to gentrify the area has not only superficially increased the cost of living for this area(not to mention the cost to live here is way above what this area was previously worth) and no measures in place for crime that is typical of throwing a brand new development in an older and lower income area. Typical greedy leasing company that no matter what the PM brings their way, will refuse to implement. Not worth nearly $1,800 per month(incl. utilities) for a tiny 1 bedroom."

"The property team here is amazing! They are so friendly and always willing to help with any questions. Not to mention they share a nice selection of coffee for residents. :) The apartments are spacious and beautiful too. If you are a pet owner you are in good hands."

"Michelle is the greatest and is truly actually helpful when any problems arise. I came into a single bedroom, unfurnished Apt and I’m loving the setup so far. Plenty of space, a decent sized balcony, beautiful big windows to watch the sunset and brand new appliances across the board. The washer and dryer are BIG which is so helpful not having to worry about doing a ton of tiny loads. The place was very clean when we came in with large doors and a very high ceiling, so it feels nice and spacious. No complaints so far!! Love the property team while small are very good at their jobs and at finding quick solutions. ♥️♥️♥️"
