"The studios themselves are great. Bills were low. Parking is included. The location is awesome as far as walkability. That said, and the reason deducting 2 stars: you can hear ALL of your neighbors around and above you. Them talking, them watching tv, them cooking, them showering, them walking. And, in the time I lived there many cars including mine were vandalized or broken into."

"I lived here for two years from 2014 to 2016. These apartments are great (I lived in a 1 bedroom loft) and the manager is so nice and really takes care of business. Neighbors are friendly and it's nice being close to downtown and campus."

"I have had an excellent living experience here for the last couple years. It has a clean laundry room on-site, locked private bike shed and great it's in a great location. It's near the university, Safeway, and centrally located in downtown Eugene. The utilities are cheap and the rent is very reasonable for a one-bedroom loft. The complex and surround neighborhood are really quiet, which makes for a good study environment for students or anyone who doesn't like the loud parties near campus. Also, cheap deposit!"

"I have really enjoyed my time spent living here at 15th & Olive Apartments! The surrounding area is very quiet, and I have never had an issue with safety. The apartment itself was a lot more than I expected it to be- very spacious and cozy. The entire complex is very well kept up, including the laundry room which is always very clean and tidy. It is about a 15-minute walk from the UO campus and about a 5-to-10-minute walk from downtown. Parking is very easy as there is a designated lot right behind the complex. The manager here is very friendly and truly cares about her tenants and their safety as well as the upkeep of the complex. She works very hard to make sure that the complex is well taken care of and is very prompt in returning phone calls. I could hardly ever hear any of my neighbors unless they were walking up the staircase. I have had a wonderful time living here and would certainly recommend it to anybody on an apartment hunt! Demand for this place is high, so be sure to contact the manager as soon as possible, if interested."

"This is a GREAT place to live. Perfect location. Walking/biking distance to: UO campus, Safeway, post office, bars and restaurants...and that's just to name a few. I live in one of the "studios" but it is spacious and there's a cute half-wall between the living room and bedroom so it feels separate. The manager is friendly and probably the most motivated person I've ever met. She keeps the place in excellent condition. Laundry room is always clean and never crowded. I haven't needed any maintenance yet, but I'd imagine that she'd be ridiculously prompt."
