"I have stayed over 12 years here. Only raised the rent once. The maintenance staff will come out the same day for any issues. I was able to rent since I got referred by a previous tenant. This place is always fully rented because I think he just goes by referrals only. (That's my theory at least.) The place is super quiet. There no porch pirating, allows pets, and I have never had my car broken into. There is a "gym" with some exercise equipment for an additional $10 per month. And, there is an outdoor pool that seems to be always clean and tidy. I honestly can't say enough about their maintenance staff! Also, there is 3 community laundry rooms, which we just use without constantly monitoring. No stealing of clothes and the laundry machines have an app that you can use to pay and alerts when cleaning is done. Anyway, I like it and can't say enough about Devonshire Hills!"

"I have lived here for almost 7 years. Chris the manager is always smiling and very nice. I've only had 2 occasions where I needed something repaired. Neither was an emergency but maintenance was there within a few minutes and took care of the repair that same day. I'm hoping to continue living here a lot longer."

"I had the pleasure of working with Kris, and he has been very kind and helpful with finding us a new home and fast! I am very grateful for all Kris did for my family when we were in dire need. Will update after we are settled in, but so far the process has gone smoothly and management has been great to us! *Update* - So far we love it here. It is pretty quiet. We have deer that come to visit at our back porch. Management and Maintenance have been great! Kris is probably the best apartment manager I've ever had! If you need anything repaired, maintenance is on top of it! There have been a couple car break ins, but that's just about anywhere in Eugene. We went with the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with garage. We feel secure keeping our car in the garage. Overall we are very happy here."

"I've lived here twice now, (for a total of around six years) because the first time was such a nice experience that when we found ourselves once again looking for an apartment in Eugene this place was top of our list. The landlord is a genuinely great guy, takes good care of you, and won't try to dick you over on move out like half the landlords we've had. The complex is pretty quiet, the prices are very reasonable, they allow pets, and there's a full time handyman so stuff gets fixed in a timely fashion. Overall it's just a great complex."
