"I think that the people who work in the office, and the maintenance staff really deserve a warm appreciation from the residence. Often times when people are doing the tasks that nobody sees, it becomes a thankless job. I really want to say I think you guys for towing the line, and all of the hard work that you do on a daily basis, from garbage pick up in the morning to submitting an invoice in the afternoon and bringing in future resident. You guys do a tremendous amount of excellent work."

"Watching the ducks out in the ponds is profoundly calming and peaceful. After work, to come home and make dinner for my family while I watch the sunset from my kitchen is delightful, I didn't know I would enjoy the serenity so much."

"I give it a 4.5 star only because the noise from upstairs can be alittle much at times but really quiet place besides that. I also wish it was a tobacco free property, but that's because I'm allergic! You will also get one or two dog owners that never pick up after their dog, which is annoying. But there are some really kind, cool people that live here, and so many adorable dogs. The Amenities are great to have. And my dog loves walking to the office for treats. The staff treats us to goodies,food and fun community events. We have food trucks that come throughout the months also. The trails are just out back. You can walk to the mall, bike to the farmer's market on the river trail and walk the ponds. Bus stop is also super close by. Over all its a great place to live!"

"The location of River Terrace in Eugene, OR is like none other! Everything is a stone’s throw away. The mall, bike path, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, clinics, buses…. I love the quietness. Management and staff are very friendly and helpful. Very quick to respond to any maintenance issues (which I haven’t had much). I appreciate the great communication the staff have with residents regarding the happenings around the River Terrace community. I enjoy the many amenities like the pool, hot tub & the gym. My son enjoys the basketball court. When I get to dog sit, it is great to have a dog park and dog wash on site. I use the secure boxes a lot, and am happy that is available so that my packages won’t get stolen off the “porch”. Fun community events planned throughout the year! I enjoy meeting the neighbors and staff alike during these events. Anyone looking for a place to rent should check River Terrace out!"
