"Maintenance has been great so far! No major issues....one time I was locked out of my garage (forgot the opener in my vehicle). They came promptly so I wasn't late to my destination. Yesterday my smoke detector was chirping (we all know how annoying that is). Once again they came quickly to change the battery. (As a renter, I don't own a ladder and these are high ceilings), so I appreciate everything they do."

"I lived here for more than 2 years. I am going to list the good and bad things about things place. Starting with bad of course. 1. As soon as I moved, I started paying for a carport, which to my surprise a few weeks after I moved, someone parks for a week in my carport and management can't call the towing company because they do no longer have an agreement with them. They just said find a place where you can park your car until the other guy moves, and I never got a single dollar refunded for that. It is not worth my time arguing with people that won't do anything. 2. Had a light that was not working properly, it took weeks to get it replaced because they didn't have in storage at the moment. And guess what? They can't buy one from a hardware store to replace it. 3. The rent is not cheap, and they justify part of it with amenities. But in 2023, for the whole year, the spa was not functional, and the grills were out of service as well. And on top of that, rent increases by 10% every year. 4. Microwave switch was tripping. Same as above, it will take weeks until they call an electrician to replace it. In the meantime good luck. 5. New management is rude. 6. Be prepared to get your final move out charges one month later and good luck if you are not in the area, they say you can pay online, but that is not true. You need to pay with a check, for some it may not be a problem, but beware of mail theft. 7. No control in dumpsters. This is a combination of residents and management failure in my opinion. People with no education and management not enforcing rules. It gets disgusting and at least once a week, good luck finding a dumpster to throw your garbage. Good 1. Maintenance guy Josh is fantastic, but I stopped seeing him for a while. Wouldn't be surprised if he moved to a better place. 2. Apartments are in good shape. 3. Close to summer lake park"

"Our roof is leaking in both bathrooms. When we contacted maintenance we were told that many of the apartments in the complex have leaks and basically told us it wasn’t fixable and to deal with it. Our ceiling is now peeling off and you can see water damage forming on the ceiling. When we asked the maintenance worker to please give us notice when they were coming into the apartment he basically laughed at us. Also, some of the electrical outlets go out every time we use them, so we are going back and forth from the breaker panel multiple times a day. Many neighbors leave their trash bags in the hallways because they are too lazy to take them to the dumpster, it is disgusting. Our neighbor screams all the time and is very loud. We’ve been disrupted multiple nights hearing her screaming and hearing the police in our hallway talking to her. There is a neighbor who leaves bird seed everywhere and pieces of old bread, bagels, food, etc. all over the grounds near our unit. It is disgusting and attracts rodents. When we moved in the unit was in poor shape and not clean. The worst was our washing machine. The first time we used it our clothes were full of hair and mildew. When we contacted maintenance multiple times nothing was done. We spend a decent amount of time and our own money getting the washing machine in working order. If we would have looked more closely at the unit, we would have chosen not to live here. The hot tub was also closed for repair for the entire summer."

"I took a tour over the weekend and arrived a bit early before my scheduled time but they took me in anyway. Margaux is the girl to go to! She showed me the unit that would best fit my needs. Was amazing and informative and just lovely to work with. SHE sold the place! The apartment itself was also beautiful and modern and a wonderful size for the price. I will 100% be applying when the time comes around and this company better appreciate Margaux for the shining light she brings to the tours!"
