"I have lived here four years, it is a very safe and a nice affordable place to live. I have never had a problem whatsoever. There are security cameras. Playground. Laundry on site. Great windows, new floors. The Manager Desiree is excellent, she is always available and if she isn’t readily available she will be as soon as she possibly can. She helps a lot with community resource recommendations. She is very good at her job, and to top that she has a heart of gold that cares for her tenants. The maintenance man EJ. Super friendly, always responds immediately, and if you have an issue he is really quick to get the job done. It’s affordable living, so rent is not painfully as high as other apartments, and so you might not get all the bells and whistles. I don’t have a dishwasher, but I honestly don’t care. I’m just happy to have a nice place to live, amazing staff and well kept property grounds."

"I lived there for almost 7 years and I’ll miss the people there. I made some really great friends. Of course there were people I could do without but overall, great place to be. Great family environment and the playground was great for my kids. There was a major mold issue in the apartment that I lived in but anytime I had asked for it to be taken care of, it was very promptly dealt with. The manager and maintenance guy were amazing!!! Any time there was an issue, they dealt with it to my satisfaction, and if the issue continued, it was dealt with accordingly. I will definitely miss them!"

"I would give it negative stars. It is flat out dangerous there and the property manager doesn't seem to care. Police are called there frequently, yet the cause of the calls remains. Not a safe place for families and their children."
