"This is the nicest Best Western I've ever stayed in. I feel like I see a lot of hotel reviews about dirty hotel rooms, especially ones at a reasonable price. This was one of the cleanest rooms I've stayed in, budget or not. My room was spacious and I felt like it was well worth the money spent. The hotel staff were very nice. The breakfast had a lot of options especially for a continental breakfast. I absolutely would stay here again and recommend it to others to stay here."

"We got a pet room and it smelled SO BAD. I've been in pet rooms before and never experienced that. The staff was awesome, though, pool and sauna were great and so was breakfast!"

"Front desk clerks were so incredibly friendly & helpful!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! Rooms were clean! Housekeeping staff were great! Rooms and lobby needs some updating. My friend and her 2 boys were on the 2nd floor and had to lug her suitcases up the stairs. Either the property doesn’t have an elevator or it wasn’t working."

"First off, grateful it's a pet friendly establishment. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and prompt. There is a large grassy area at the back of the parking lot for dogs to use. The room we had (232) had a stale smell, and the air conditioner did not work properly. Was working fine when we walked in, but then it just stopped for no discernible reason and we couldn't get it to work again. It finally popped on, again for no obvious reason, about an hour after we arrived. As a result, when I came back from a walk with my dog this morning (to George Fox University and back), the room was warm. Rooms are clean and an adequate size. Bathrooms are small and the shower makes a noise (like a water pump?) that you can hear in the room. The pool was fine, as was the jacuzzi, though both could use a cosmetic update. Beds are very comfortable. All in all a decent stop. Will add what breakfast is like in the morning."
