Chehalem Pointe Apartments

"Great management and maintenance. Safe and quiet. Grounds are kept clean and mowed. Two laundry facilities onsite as well as hookups in each apt. I've lived here 2.5 years and have no complaints except for the high rents plaguing this area. However, this is a Section 8 facility but has a several years waiting list."

"I have lived at Chehalem Pointe for a little over 2 years, and it has been a great experience! I feel like since moving in I have seen the manager, Sunny, grow by increasing communicativeness and always being willing to help out residents. She’s typically flexible and willing to help you in any way she can. One note, if you’re living with roommates, I’ve noticed that only primary residents (the first to apply/communicate with her) receives apartment complex update emails. So just keep that in mind that person may have to forward other residents the emails too. I’m moving out of state so I am leaving this complex, but I’m sad to go! Compared to a lot of other apartments, it’s quiet, friendly, and well-priced."

"Our family has lived at Chehalem Pointe Apartments for a little over 2 years I believe. During that time we have not always been perfect. We have been late a few times. Left a garbage bag on our door once in a while. Ect... It has been our experience that Sunny, the manager has gone out of her way to be kind and compassionate. She has worked with us in every situation, and any negative interactions can be traced to our actions. I have found it to be a firm, but very kind place to live. Its quiet, and friendly. During summer all the kids play together in the courtyard. It's that kind of neighborhood. If your in college, a small family, or trying to start one Chehalem Pointe is a really nice place to be."

"The manager Sunny is really understanding and flexible with residents I witnessed first hand when a previous resident lost their job during the pandemic. She was willing to work with them and make a plan about how and when they would pay rent. She’s really friendly & professional I feel like the people that left bad reviews are just being Karen’s and want a hand out."

"Very friendly management. Sunny and Andrew are always available to help. This is a very kid friendly community, with speed bumps installed to keep our children safe. Apartment layouts are very well thought out and open with extra storage unit on porch. The place was spotless when I moved in due to the very attentive cleaning crew. Apartments are priced at market value AND pet friendly! Great location close to downtown, but not so close you get the downtown traffic."
