"The snow in this area started on Friday 1/12/24 with plenty of warning. Absolutely nothing was done to prevent ice prior to the storm. It has now been 4 days and we continue to have solid ice on all sidewalks and the entire parking lot. I fell on Sunday attempting to take my dog out and was hopeful Monday someone would come and do something so residents can safely get around the property but that did not happen. Since I am now injured and it is harder to get around I cannot even go to work or take my dog out because at this point it would require ice skates. Please do something to ensure residents are at least able to get to their vehicles."

"I had really high hopes for this complex since all of the reviews appeared to be made before the new property management took over. Unfortunately this place is just as awful as the other reviews state, even with the new owners. - The units are not move in ready, and the maintenance they have on site makes half repairs. -The exterior lighting around the buildings is mostly broken, leaving everything pitch black at night. -the bathtubs in the apartments are old and creak extremely loud when you are taking a shower (I can’t imagine how that sounds to anyone that lives on bottom floor). - the floors have soft spots everywhere that also creak. -cheap cabinets in the units that will likely be stained and look unsightly. These apartments are marketed as “updated” but they are just putting paint over issues instead of actually updating anything. It’s a great price, but look elsewhere. One upside- the location is great, with very quiet property and amazing residents."

"Management here is awful and very unprofessional. We moved in and had water leaking from our bathroom ceiling the first week and were told to just move our things out of the way until the matinence man could get there DAYS later. Several cars were damaged in the year we lived here. Neighbors are loud. Children constantly playing in parking lot. Bugs in the apts. No one picks up their dogs poop. Apts are moldy. Neighbors will play music well into the morning. The manager Melissa does nothing as she is never on site. I would highly recommend searching for better apartments and not wasting your time here. I wish we would have looked around more."
