"The Owner is rude and the "RULES" you are NOT allowed to have Family or friends over without putting them on the lease or you can be Fined 250$ for it. the apartments are outdated and not maintained by management. People chain smoke all hours of the day and owner wont do anything about it, she doesn't care for peoples health that have to smell it all the time."

"I have lived here now for 2 months and I absolutely love it. It deserves far more than just 2.7 star rating. Give me a break. The manager, maintenance man and almost all my neighbors are fantastic!! Its safe, secure and very well cared for. My back yard is the veterans memorial cemetary which I think is so lovely. My dad was a Marine and Vietnam veteran so it has deep meaning to me. Newberg police patrol both the complex and cemetary regularly which I appreciate. My first time in 21 years living in an apartment and it has far far exceeded all my expectations."

"The Management is wonderful! Lora is by far the best Manager I have ever had. She keeps our community clean, drug free and friendly. It’s like one large family. The price for rent is spot on. She has two dog areas for those of us that have dogs which was a huge factor for me. I love her monthly newsletters keeping everyone informed of what’s going on in and around our community. She even puts recipes in there along with positive quotes. I was truly blessed to be accepted to live in this amazing community! I look forward to the years ahead!! If Lora leaves I’m going with her!!!!! She is that great!!!!!"

"I lived in the Canyon Ridge Apartments for 3 years until July 2017. In the meantime, management changed, widespread improvements were made to landscaping and the parking lot, and the place was better managed. Service requests were answered promptly. The manager is courteous and fair. The apartments themselves are kept in good shape, though they are not top of the line. This is within easy walking distance of GFU and is by a cemetery, where you can take quiet walks in the evenings. When I moved out, the apartments were inhabited mostly by working families. I would not hesitate to move there again."
