"I applied for one of their apartments. Not only do they steal your money on application fees, they expect you to have a 700 credit score and rental history for more than 3 years. After they deny you in an email, they send you a nasty letter in the mail to add insult to injury. What a racquet they got going on !!!"

"Was babysitting for 4 hours having a great sunny day until I was approached by management or landlord, I don’t know who she is, she doesn’t know who I am and she has the nerve to speak to me so rudely, instead of asking me if I could please move my vehicle to another spot, she said " well it’s parked in the future resident spot, it’s pretty self explanatory", "you need to move it", rather than saying hello and greeting me kindly, I explained I’m not from here and wasn’t sure where the visitor parking was, hoping for some direction on where to move, no answer besides a horrible attitude and self appearance. I’ll never move into these apartments if it’s managed by self absorbed entitled people like the woman with the short blond hair and uptight attitude that put a sour mood on my day, no wonder the residents here tell me it’s a mistake to move in. Too expensive for pee stained carpets, and broken appliances. So disappointed with how this situation was handled."

"Speaking with the Manager Jo Springer seems to be a feat to say the least. Her aggressive tone, elevated volume and incessant interruptions make conversations feel like a nightmare. Upon asking questions I am met with unwarrented retorts and unfulfilling answers, leaving me disheartened to ask more questions and truly get the information I need. Working with Jo has been gut-wrenching. I've always paid my rent on time and shown the utmost respect."

"Worst apartments ever! Horrible management. Jo springer cares about nothing but money. Kids can’t play outside but if you wanna smoke no problem light up in the parking lot where the smoke goes into your apartment and impacts all those who don’t. Such a great way to live. Haha medical issues don’t matter."
