"I've lived here for over a year now - and I have to say the new management is excellent. Paola is wonderful and very on top of the place. She made sure that any maintenance requests were handled quickly (or ASAP, given pandemic slowdowns). Off-street parking is great, the laundry facility is kept very clean, and the entire place just got a facelift! See the photos of the new paint job. While the buildings are old, they are clean. Kitchens are small but functional. Note that a lot of the reviews are quite old - I'm tellin ya, they aged more poorly than the apartments themselves."

"They have terribly lazy management. I've been contacting them for a month about the neighbors. When going to the office for help, they told us "Just keep sending us emails and eventually the Main Managment will have to deal with it." So they're intentionally ignoring the problem. Don't live here unless you don't have anywhere else to go."
