"Terrible manager, we applied for an apartment a month ago and the onsite manager post poned move in day every week for almost a month because of “repairs being done” to the unit. The day of our move in date she was not there and had some repairs guy show us the apartment. The floor was ripped and stained, the apartment was dirty, doors had holes and stains, no carpet in the living room area. It seemed as if no repairs or cleaning had been done to the unit. The onsite manager is also never in her office during office hours and does not answer the phone/emails. Affordable apartment but not worth it at all!"

"Two bedroom one bath. Great for the price. Hasn't increased in rent dramatically in the last four years... Started at 625 in 2014, and increased in tiny amounts since then, now is 710. Neighbors are very friendly and forgiving. Management is amazing. They are helpful, professional, very friendly, and hard-working. I've gotten used to living here, and I'm going to be sad when we eventually move. Great neighborhood to live in.. Although we did get our on site storage broken into, had some stuff stolen.. But besides that no major crime, fairly quiet. Right next to an elementary school."
