"I have nothing but great things to say about Pacific Northwest Surgery. The level of professionalism, great communication, cleanliness and patient care exceed expectations!"
"Very positive experience. I am impressed by the level of cleanliness and professionalism. Thank you!"
"Only if you can stand up on your own will they continue care, is what was said after wheeling back to intake procedures room. Absolutely zero assistance with those unable to stand up on their own with a Hoyer lift or sit to stand or staff that could do a two person assist or any kind of training on how to move one patient from one bed to another bed without them having to roll over you know like with a bed blanket or draw sheet? And even if the receptionist told you they can they cannot. Wasted 15 miles of driving one way for appt that was just unable to transfer. Now granted their is a way to assist a person with 2 people and at a surgical facility one would think the ones wearing scrubs would have the proper training and gait belts as well as bed sheets at the least folded to assist with mobility in the bed upon transfer , ZERO PERSONS WERE WILLING TO DO THIS … told that the DOCTOR said .. I told DR. That I was weight bearing and could get myself to the bed. …. I certainly did no such thing telling such falsehoods… I am cognitive, my legs don’t work, MY BRAIN DOES WORK JUST FINE . 1. I Made my appointment 2. I found and secured proper transportation 3. Brought my health care assistant to assist with my needs. 4. All this is waisted time and I did check 5. Seems nowadays one must record their doings regardless just to not be getting time and effort spent towards incompetence of others. 6. Now to check out my insurance and cancel it!"
"Warning to all potential patients and staff of Pacific Northwest Surgery/ Pacific Sports and Spine!! My experience with this establishment began when I was hired by Hepa Graff Janitorial, a local cleaning company contracted by Pacific's admin, Diane. While undergoing some training here and later working as a floater for after-hours cleaning, I observed unacceptable practices. Issues included management's, supervisor Trinity and general manager Ted, shortcuts, pushing staff to follow suit, and disregarding infection control protocols, jeopardizing the safety of both staff and patients. Proper cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfection were neglected, and inadequate training for outpatient ambulatory surgical centers was evident. Hepa Graff's general manager, Ted, failed to provide essential training despite recent certification in mid-2023. Complaints about insufficient training were met with scorn and threats of termination from Trinity and Ted. The lack of supplies and training led to cross-contamination, as rags from operating rooms were reused in other patient/staff areas. Or wrong usage of chemicals. One admirable individual attempted to address these concerns, but management, including Brianna Hook, dismissed them. The unrealistic expectations of completing medical cleaning within a limited time frame or lack of qualified training were detrimental to staff well-being, yet Pacific's and Hepa Graff management seemed indifferent. Pacific's awareness of issues with the quality of cleaning etc and Hepa Graff's negligence raises questions about accountability and due diligence. Diane's friendship with Ted may have influenced her prioritization of their relationship over Pacific's best interests. Despite warnings from a worker, Pacific continued its association with Hepa Graff, even after they were fired by Keiper Surgical Center and Oregon Medical Group for similar reasons. Pacific is currently staffed by an undertrained individual from Hepa Graff providing nightly cleaning for Pacific. In conclusion, appearances can be deceiving. Staff and patients should be vigilant, demanding proper cleaning procedures, as the facility's cleanliness may not meet expectations, potentially compromising safety."
"Friendly staff, clean facility, streamlined. I enjoyed my care. Would recommend."
