"My husband has been to this Doctor multiple times and have had a positive experience every time."
"They scheduled me for the wrong time, therefore I needed to reschedule because the doctor had left. Didn't give me any suite numbers, just told me 3rd floor and left me wandering. There are many clinics on the 3rd floor. The referral was not for what I needed and there was no communication at the time of scheduling. I am high risk for Covid and do not leave ,unless it's absolutely necessary especially to offices let alone hospitals, and this appointment put me at risk. Go anywhere else if you can. They are a mess."
"First, they scheduled me with the wrong provider. Then when I questioned how that could happen they took me in the back where one of the doctors came out and was defensive, condescending and unprofessional. Then a different doctor there that I did finally see for my medical issue, although quite personable, completely misdiagnosed my problem. I've been to many medical offices in my life and this was one of the worst experience I've had."
