"Your front office staff spent more time chatting with each other than in taking care of our needs At the end of our dr. Visit we were told to have a urinalysis. We waited and no one came so finally we went to the front and told them we had been waiting and wondered what to do next The front desk girl said in a very snarky tone "well if you'd just be a little bit more patient we'll get to you" Then when we got to the restroom they had written down that they were testing for buprenorphine and Meloxicam. I asked why Meloxicam since that wasn't a controlled substance And she looked totally confused and had to go get the first person (miss snarky) to get it figured out then said I could go ahead. I replied that I would as soon as there was only me in the restroom and not four of us. She pointed at my son and said "well HE can't be in here'. I said I was aware of that and that I was referring to the other two aides in the restroom with me. It just left a Very unpleasant feeling to the whole visit. Then when I came out of the restroom I realized what the problem was, they were all hurrying to get out of there and go home. Really? !"
