"We’ve come here 3 times now. Each time, everyone from front office staff to the back are polite and make my kiddo comfortable. I have a shy 3 year old and it takes a little to get him warmed up. We never feel rushed or pressured and that makes all the difference."

"Our 3 year old daughter has had such an amazing experience with everyone at Acorns. She has been visiting since she was a baby. They always make her (and us) feel very comfortable and she has been excited to go and proud of herself after. They have TVs on the ceiling and they get to pick out their own cartoon while they lay in the comfy chair with headphones and sunglasses. They also give the kids a token after the appointment to buy a toy from the machine, she loves it and talks about it for a while after her appointment:) thank you Acorns!"

"I think they are great. They work hard to make a positive non scary experience. They keep you informed of what they will be doing, They Offer a Nice Varietie of Popular Kids Movies, to enjoy in the Chair, and a Game Room. I'm Glad Acorn Dentist was my Granddaughters first Dentist, she can have a little Anxiety, but she has no worries about her Dental Team at Acorn Dental. The ladies at the front Desk are welcoming and Pleasant when you sign in, its a nice environment, and Kid Friendly Experience."

"We had both of our girls going to this location since we moved to Corvallis in 2019. Generally, everything was fine and everyone was nice and they did a good job. However, our last visit spun everything for me. Both appointments were for the same time and they informed me upfront that new X-rays were due. However, at the end of the appointments, they basically kicked both girls out and said they need to be seeing an adult dentist from now on. So, why do the X-rays other than to bill our insurance? Why are both girls being booted out when there is a 2 yr age gap between them? Why didn’t I know they were being evaluated at this appointment to possibly move them to an adult dentist? It really just felt like a lot of information was kept from me, except for getting me to verbally okay doing all the possible work in scope that they could still make sure went to our insurance. That whole last appointment felt like a money grab and then being told “we don’t want to see you anymore.” out of nowhere. My suggestion is that once your kid hits 13, you start asking lots of questions and making sure they put everything in writing. Probably not a bad practice in general but really make sure you cover yourself when it’s close to the time your kid might need to start seeing an adult dentist."
