"It's just another part of the Samaritan medical monopoly. They don't listen to their insured.and grievance team is condensing bias in favor of anything to do with Samaritan. Staff flat doesn't know the true difference or definition of facts and feelings."

"This company out of the blue has denied coverage of the ONLY DIABETIC DRUG I TAKE, that has kept my A1C below 7 for over 2 years! How dare they mess with my LIFE like this! I intend to sue them!"

"Good luck finding a good provider. Expect to be alone in navigating benefits and finding a good doctor. Yes, they will pass their struggles with staff onto you. You will be charged the same premium but someone else gets a good doctor not you. Wait lists of over 8 months or closed lists with secret loopholes to get in that may be shared with you if you push. Grievance resolution is a self congratulatory paper trail. Remember not all doctors went to a good school or did well in school and rural Oregon is where they go! A doctor who needs a scribe and you still feel misunderstood because of their reticence? Anti- acupuncture sentiment. And front desk staff at dentists who refuse to learn teeth numbers and the dentists who condone their stubborn ignorance. Ever wonder why your provider left the east coast probably because they stink. I could go on but just wanted to warn anyone lucky enough to have a choice. I sure wish I could take my insurance benefits as cash because I am getting the shaft! Oregon is getting scammed by health organizations like this one."
