"These people are amazing at what they do. I went in as a new patient at the beginning of the week and by Friday. I had my teeth cleaned, X-rays , and 2 fillings. And on the road to healthier teeth & gums. The staff is very Informative and easy to talk to. Evelyn cleaned my teeth with such precision and care. I could have fallen asleep."

"I'm not impressed. The two days before my interview they were blowing up my phone to get me to confirm the appointment. At 8 something in the morning, the next day my phone is ringing and waking me up. I work late so that's incredibly early for me. And it's a receptionist asking me to confirm my appointment. This receptionist deadname and misgendered me the whole way through even though my info is right there on my chart. I tried to ignore that part and was telling them that I need to reschedule cuz something very personal and traumatic is happening in my life right now, and I'd call them back after I'd looked at my schedule and the receptionist got very rude and impatient with me and hung up. If that's how you treat me over the phone, no way in hell am I letting you work on my mouth. Your staff needs some sensitivity training or something."

"The entire team has been so kind and accommodating!! Angie at the front desk was the best person to be greeted by when walking in to an office while filled with anxiety, she coordinated with the staff to ensure my visit was as comfortable as possible. Dr. Marshall was thorough in all of his explanations, empathetic, and took my sensory sensitivities very seriously."

"I scheduled a cleaning here today and drive from Eugene. When I arrived, I was informed that they would only perform an exam and I would have to come back in January for the cleaning. Complete waste of 2+ hours of my time and gas. I have never heard of a policy where teath can't be examined and cleaned the same day. Apparently every dentist I've been going to for the past 40 years is doing it wrong. Or are they trying to get another office visit to bill my insurance? Ridiculous"

"Honestly the best dental clinic I've ever been seen in. The front desk is on top of their game, and got me in for some much needed work on a crazy short time line. Dr. Anderson was quick, efficient, and precise with his procedures; I felt no pain, and the work was done in 10 minutes. Omar was there his first day, and he shined working with the Smile Keepers team. The most important take away; they are a team of skilled professionals who maintain the most efficient and friendly dental office I've seen in Corvallis. This is the only place I go now."
