"I can’t even describe the frustration and sadness I feel from this extremely inconsiderate dental office. I scheduled an appointment for today close to a month ago. I have braces so I had to get my wire off beforehand, so. I did that and headed to Corvallis. I called to make sure I had the right address and they told me they canceled my appointment!!!!!! Without making contact with me. They said they called my phone ONE DAY before my appointment but they did not because I have made several calls and never heard from them. No email, NOTHING. I was in tears. I have tooth pain and needed an X-ray and they offered to reschedule SEVERAL weeks later after doing this to me. Sarah, the manager was very inconsiderate and had no care in the world that I just drove all the way there for literally nothing. Another office saved the day by apologizing that they were so inconsiderate and allowed me to come in for my cleaning and the fact I’m pregnant with tooth pain! Have the day you deserve sarah!!!!! Insane! She kept saying she “understood my frustration” no way you don’t! What a slap in my face. Such an extreme deal! I’m so upset"

"May 2033 Dental hygienists are always amazing here. The only thing I will say bad is not a reflection of the employees but the business model. It takes up to 9 months sometimes to be seen because they just have so many patients and not enough people to accomplish seeing them quickly. But for emergencies, they always fit you in quickly because I called Monday about a cracked tooth and was seen the next day. Dec. 2023 I went in for a cleaning today. I waited 45 minutes to be seen because they were 30 minutes behind. I showed up 15 minutes early. This for an appointment that was scheduled 7 months out because that's how far they are booked for. I think this place needs more employees or a better system. I'm really getting annoyed that patients have to show up 15 minutes early just to wait longer and not be told by anyone what's going on until asked when the appointment will be. This is not a reflection on the individuals who work for advantage but on advantage itself."

"I had a great experience at Corvallis advantage dental. They fixed my chipped tooth and you can't even tell it was ever damaged. Their staff was professional, kind and personable. So good in fact, I'm actually looking forward to the next time I have a cavity or something just so I can go back!"

"I’ve been utilizing their services for nearly 2 years. They have helped me with my wisdom teeth surgery, exams and cleanings. Everyone has been quite friendly and helpful! Liz the hygienist was very receptive to my questions and made my experience lighthearted. They accept OHP, but expect to have some patience. Appointments are made a couple months out due to high demand."
