"Lisa Ochman is amazing!! When I first came in last year, I was so bad off that I could hardly raise my left arm up. It felt like something was torn all around my shoulder. She diagnosed really bad atrophy in the muscles due to NEVER having done any rehab on a broken arm from 15 years ago! I have gone back in with pretty bad lower back pain and hip pain recently and once again - she has been able to come up with daily exercises that have helped immensely. Do your exercises religiously and you will get results!"
